Supplier

To become a supplier of Delicious and Healthy Gulay Chips,   you may apply and comply with the requirements. The following are the requirements to be a Supplier (S) of Gulay Chips:

1. A filled-out and signed Supplier Form. To be uploaded together with the related documents needed for approval to the designated website. You may just approach the Gulay Chips admin from any of the Gulay Chips accounts and/or contact info.

2. Allow a minimum of five working days for the evaluation and approval.

3. Once the submitted docs are approved, you will be notified through your given contact details for the interview, Details on where, when, and what is/are needed during the interview is/are stated on the advice.

4. An Authorized Supplier will automatically have his/her earnings as a supplier of Delicious and Nutritious Gulay Chips. A chance to be mentioned on all Gulay Chips social media accounts,nif he/she wants.
